PWS does not require anyone to be home for our service to be performed as long as we have access to the area to be serviced. However, we love meeting our customers including the non furry ones.
Yes, the gate will need to be unlocked for our technicians to have access to the areas to be serviced. If the lock is a combination lock, we can keep the combination secured and will unlock and lock after services are completed.
PWS technicians will keep the gate closed during the services and will verify it is closed and or locked after services are completed. In addition, a picture will be taken of the closed gate and sent to you for peace of mind.
Yes, We love to meet our customers and build a relationship with them. we do ask that if your pet may not be comfortable with new people that you let us know and we will make sure not to enter the service area without your knowledge.
We will gladly remove the pet waste from the front and side yards if requested. There will be a small additional fee for this service and that will discussed prior to any work being preformed.
Possibly. It will depend on the amount of time it has been since the last time your yard was cleaned and the amount of waste that has accumulated over time.
We proudly provides pet waste removal services for all domestic pets in both Residential and Commercial settings. We will happily clean your yards of Dog, Ducks, Deer, Mini Cows, etc. In addition, we can take care of your cat litter boxes and bird cages. If you have any other furry family member in question, just ask. We would love to help out.
No, we believe that our service will speak for itself and we understand that at times you will need to stop and restart your services. If you call we can put your services on hold while on vacation as well.
We will work in most all weather conditions including, light rain but heavy rain, snow or cold will present a an obstacle and we may contact you to reschedule the service.
We will continue to work all year as long as the weather does not present an issue.
If your regular service day falls on a holiday, we will communicate with you and move your service day to the day prior to or the day after the holiday. Then return to the normal scheduled service day the following week.
We will bill for all services on the first of the month following the month of service. Payment can be made by credit card through your account on our website (no additional CC processing fees). There will be a $25.00 late fee for all accounts that are not paid by the following due date.
